में मोदी सरकार की विकास वाली बात के लिए भी तारीफ करूँगा की राज्यों के विकास से ही देश का विकास संभव है...में यह भी मानता हु की मंहगाई काम हो रही है गैस का सिलेंडर १२०० से ६०० रूपये हुवा है पर समोसा कचोरी तो 5 से 15 रूपये हो गया वो भी तो 15 से 5 रूपये होना चाहिए ना. पेट्रोल 80 से 60 रु होगया लेकिन किराया तो १० से 30 रु है वो भी तो ३० से 10 होना चाहिए ना.

युवाओं को रोजगार देने के मामले में मोदी सरकार का कमिटमेंट लाजवाब है... यह सच है की विकलांगो को सरकारी नौकरी देने के मामले में मोदी सरकार ने तुरंत निर्णय लिया और वेकेंसी निकली और सक्सात्कार भी हुवे है

If we see critically waste problem and Ganga pollution in one hand is different because major part of pollutants are from regional beliefs as compare to the industrial pollution. How to Reduce Prices of Electricity and exempt subsidy on electricity ?

1. Exemption of Electricity tax 5% on electricity bill.
2. Exemption of fixed charges on electricity bill.
3. Fixed charges : The charges is to recover the expenditure incurred on Erection and up gradation, repairs and maintenance of electricity network , customers Services , general Administration etc.
These expenses should not be charged separately in electricity bill . Fixed charges can be charged on fixed assets such as Land and building etc. not on flowing assets such as electricity .
There were no fixed charges before 1998 on electricity.
Exemption of Fixed charge will reduce subsidiary near about 25 % to 30 %.
4. Exemption of surcharge 8% on fixed charges and Energy charges
5. Exemption of PPAC ( Power purchase cost Adjustment Charges ) on Fixed Assets 7%.
6. Energy charges 2% on fixed charges plus surcharge.
7. Electricity Tax @5%
8. Neutral Reading. Before privatization there was no neutral reading.
After they introduced Neutral reading. It is a big loss to a consumer.
For example a neutral is given to 10 persons . If one person is using
Electricity it will affect the meter of ten person. It will increase the
Units Of another nine person. In this way electricity company earning 25%
or more due to neutral.
6. Purchasing Of the electricity 20% more than other states. In Noida the purchase price is 3.95 Rupees per unit but in Delhi the purchase price is 4.97 Rupees per unit.
7 Sale of excess electricity less than half rate.

which is imposed on water. There was no such charges on water before
previous government..

It is a duty of government to provide Water free on cost which is life saving . If it is not possible for to provide water free of cost Government should not added service charges, levy and any other tax on water which was imposed by the previous government. So taxes and service charges on the water should be removed immediately . Air, Water and food are free gift of God to Human Being , which are given us by God free of cost. Human Being have made all these things Adulterated, Contaminated and Polluted. Water is life. River are the source of crystal clear fresh water. State and Central governments made the fresh water polluted by mixing sewerage into fresh water. Chemical industries and other Industries made sewerage water poisonous by mixing chemical plants wastage and other industrial wastage in sewer water. After giving some cleaning process sewerage mixed fresh water by the Government that water is supplies to the public by pipe line and Tap for drinking and other household use for taking some consideration of money per Kilo Liter from the public. State Government has also imposed 60% Sewerage charges on water bill. At present not only government has made water a source of income but also impose taxes and other Service charges on water to increase the revenue of the government to run the government. Some years before only water charges were taken from the public because water is life and prime necessity of human being . If meter is fixed by the MCD , meter rent was added in water bill. No other charges were taken by the public on water. A few years before state government has increased sewerage charges from 40% to 60% s in water bill . Beside this previous government has imposed water tax, levy on water and services charges. This is an exploitation and heavy burden on public.

Stop using plastic Bags, invite water treatment plant from foreign countries. system should built in such a way that polluted water from different industries should go from this water treatment plant. increase awareness through education. strict law also require to see quick results.

A team of volunteers or party workers or govt. interns can be constituted and can be provided certain assets who can carry out awareness drives for bringing a change in the mentality and behaviour of general public so that they don't dump solid waste in drainage , don't dump any type waste in the river and making them aware of its consequences by showing some videos, slide shows or pictures. Special attention towards small school going children who can catch these simple things and avoid litter.
