Isn't the BSF and international borders under the Central Government and not controlled by the State. Respected PM MoDi Sir, I am Puneetkumar from India(karnataka).i like share idea regarding accidents.every minute 1 person dies due to accident in India.we can reduce it, By fixing some sensors to bikes and cars which recognize the person has drunk and the car/bike should give alarm or should not start the engine when the driver has drunk it should be compulsory for all bikes/cars, by this technique we can reduce drink and drive cases and also accidents which can save life's. My suggestion for clean gangs Mata is if we people stopped to drop polythene, plastic bottles and other items in any rivers than it should be great achievement to clean ganga. Also need to Ben polythene, plastic item's near any rivers or hill stations where rivers crossed so we clean ganga also hill station if we do this than automatically our tourism is improve.

cleaning ganga is the foremost. abundant quantity of dissolved oxygen, presence of bacteriophages, availability of radio active elements are said to be the factors behind the miraculous purity of gangajal. these factors are said to be caused by himalayan rocks. but these factors are effective only when water flow is unobstructed and at least environmental flow is perrenially maintained. drainage decongestion in riparian areas is foremost factor for ganga rejuvenation.
