TO THE KIND NOTICE OF SWR AUTHORITIES, PRESENT & FORMER RAILWAY MINISTERS.
IN 2014 RAILWAY BUDGET A DAILY PASSENGER TRAIN FROM DHARWAD-DANDELI-DHARWAD WAS ANNOUNCED, SUBSEQUENTLY TRAIN NO. 56923,56924 & TIME-TABLE IS ALSO ANNOUNCED. ACTUALLY BEFORE 2014 GENERAL ELECTIONS THE UPA GOVT. (MAY BE UNOFFICIALLY) STARTED REPAIRS TO THE EXISTING TRACK & STATION TO GAIN PUBLIC ATTENTION/VOTES AHEAD OF LOK SABHA ELECTIONS. NOW THE ELECTIONS ARE OVER AND EVEN AFTER ANNOUNCEMENT IN RAIL BUDGET WHY DELAY ??

IN 2014 RAILWAY BUDGET A DAILY PASSENGER TRAIN FROM DHARWAD-DANDELI-DHARWAD WAS ANNOUNCED, SUBSEQUENTLY TRAIN NO. 56923, 56924 AND TIME-TABLE IS ALSO ANNOUNCED. ACTUALLY DANDELI RAILWAY STATION WAS CLOSED SOME 20 YEARS BACK. THE PRESENT SUB-STATION AT ABMEWADI IS ALSO WITHIN DANDELI CITY LIMITS. THE NARROW GUAGE RAIL TRACK WAS BUILT BEFORE 1947 (LATER ON CONVERTED TO METER & NOW BROADGUAGE)GOODS TRAIN RUN, WHY NOT PASS?
Railways has introduced various inquiry services via sms. Information on these means, by way of stickers, may be displayed within the coaches for customer convenience.
I would like to suggest that there should one train number for trains e.g train no 64541 from panipat to ambala and same train under new name 64523 from ambala to ludhiana. 2. 64552 from amritsar to ludhiana and becomes 64524 from ludhiana to ambala creating confusions.
Immediate action to rectify train's problem just receiving SMS or phone.
Train No.12661/12662 is detained at Madurai for more than hour in the morning and half an hour in the evening due to change of diesel/electric locomotive. Hence the train reaches its destination viz. Shencottah late for more than an hour and Chennai in the return direction. Steps may be taken to rectify this.
Dear Railway department... this is not regarding inquiry system bu regarding food items in Railways, here are few suggesstions
1) IRCTC can involve the SHG at every major startions which can prepare the food like we get in our home, this will also improve the financial condition of the poor people and passengers will get a homely food.
2) to implement it you can develop an app where you can book your meal as per your convenience and time.

I also think that much contact no creates so much troubles. I think that if Indian railways gives us one customer care no, i think this is good for us.
Sir … I request ,
1. Is it not possible to give SMS . IF trains are running late more 3 to 4 hours…?.
2. Why so much contact no. on web site, if no body attending the phone….?
3. Online compliant will gives very few minutes for input after that time out…. Is this good system to take feedback or complaint’s….?

I had tatkal booking in Train no. 12415, Date 06/06/2015, PNR 8636223260, for my family…. But the train is running late by 3 to 4 hours, there is no intimation or SMS for actual timing.
My wife is waiting at Dewas station with 02 little kids, from 3 hours .
I called on 139/18800111139/07552441751/01139340000 this no. which is given on web site, but no body is there to attend the call.
I request ,
1. Is it not possible to give SMS . IF trains are running late more 3 to 4 hours…
