यात्री गाडि़यों के परिचालन संबंधित सूचना enquiry.indianrail.gov.in/ntes/, से प्राप्त कर सकते हैं। मोबाइल एप्लीकेशन, 139 पर एसएमएस एवं आईवीआरएस के माध्यम से भी इससे संबंधित जानकारी प्राप्त की जा सकती है।
पूछताछ सेवा को यात्रियों के लिए बेहतर बनाने हेतु अपने सुझाव दें।

Most of the coaches of northeast train r way too old n seems like
all rejected coaches are provided to north eastern trains. In sleeper coach i travelled recently around 120 people travelled in a coach of 72. If condition of train doesnt improve thn travellling becomes very difficult.

Trains of north east india are in horrible condition. Toilets r unclean,waiting list people travel in reservation compartment . Security is in god's hand. Somrthing must b done

ticket should be issued on the basis of Aadhar card (AC)AC no. also printed in train ticket also. When people entered to the railway station they must check the aadhar card No. and aadhar card no. print on ticket must be same. Entry allows in to the station only on ticket holder. CCTV cameras must be everywhere.

check in system should be allowed in trains prior to two hours of train departure this would curb corruption in train by TTE and would provide real time information about vacant seat position to next station online.

Vacant seat graphics in IRCTC Web/Android Application. First I congratulate IRCTC for developing a very good Android smart phone application: "IRCTC Connect". Now we need to go further to show vacant seat graphical position so that the user can select seats as per her convenience.
