In India every place has its own importance. If we start making different places hub for different things and accessible to everyone living there and making them proud for that will encourage everyone to participate for development of there area and job creation in that place. This will serve in two ways one it will maintain their traditional importance and they will get job at there place. For example jute is produced in bihar and it is sent to all places if we make it hub for that it will help

easy loan service for farmers so that they take loans from banks to start their own business .Many formers are uneducated so it is important for government to open major training centers to train the formers according to their interest Also there is big problem of road,transport facility so that formers can supply their goods from one place to another place.

PLEASE READ THE WHOLE PASSAGE. I would like to suggest an easy way to eradicate poverty from the country.Make a "CHARITY cum INCOME FUND" where people interested in making charity can contribute. Let us take an illustration, a person X contributes Rs.500 in this fund, that money will be used to create a cottage industry in the city (where that person lives) and it will be run and marketed by the young unemployed entrepreneurs (of that city) in their own way. Not forgetting the contribution of Mr. X, He will be deemed as a shareholder in that company and will be entitled to receive either profit from it or discount on the purchase of the produce. In this way we will be able to overcome multiple problems like educational unemployment, dead stock of money etc. I would be glad if you find any aberrations in this idea.

1. step1 is training of the elected member of the village under pachyati raj; training must be given at the top business school like IIM A. Where the village head will learn how ethically the govt. plans have to be implemented. 60% problem village human drain will stop.

cannot suggest to all , suggestion is very easy compare to implementation I belongs to former family but due to ignorance of government policy for former. I have moved city and learn in IT and now I have more than 16+ year away from my native place now I am trying to move to back to native place Below challenges for me No proper infrastructure( electricity , internet , road) to start business like dairy , huge investment There is no proper chain for sale my crop with right value

1) conduct biggest rural products expo twice a year with out any charges for stalls 2) bring a rural india products shopping online site 3) arrange only 2 officers in head quarters of every district who has tourism knowledge for rural products registration 4) make grade certifications for rural products 5) public ads must be allowed in theaters and papers by govt during rural product expos for 10 secs 6) provide awards to skilled people 7) use rural graduates in rural small scale industry
