Respected sir, To change the mentality of people in rural area govt should hire some Councillors who are very influensive and have strong convincing power which can attract anyone.they will try to chnge the mentality of people.I am also the victim instead of living in one of the metropolitan city.This idea will increase jobs in India as well as change the mentality of people(very benficial for development)which will help every girl.According to me this should be the prior duty of govt.#Need help

Private sector In the Software (IT) job is mot secure. company take the work and earned the profit
after taking the work they make them out. "Job is not secure Family is not secure".
after loss of job many people gone on wrong track and carrier of the family children spoiled.
its better if company not recruit rather than company fire the engineer in the mid of carrier.

examination paper leaks of various government and private institutions for jobs or education is nowadays a major hurdle in promoting meritocracy i.e. right person for the right job. prior to creating new jobs govt. must ensure that the job goes to the right person not to frauds or tricksters. nepotism and discrimination on the basis of caste, class, religion or creed is replaced by money power/ corruption in selection procedure. such illegitimate selection provide impetus to bribery over merit.

Government have introduced several schemes for welfare of rural areas like providing fund for starting small scale industries, low cost electricity and better price on crops for farmers. Just they are not aware about this schemes by creating awareness we can at least reduce 25% of migration.
primary level school should be there in every villages. and higher secondary level not more than 4 kms. Similarly hospitals are mandatory for all villages.

HUDCO is a focussed psu for lending to housing projects & infrastructure projects. But unfortunately hudco has stopped financing to private sector since last five years due to wrong direction given by previous ministers. Resultantly on one side hudco's loan book is continously shrinking & on the other side country is suffering from paucity of funds. Government should intervene & direct hudco to start financing private sector project on merit basis.

Today the hottest topic of discussion is how the government will arrange funds for infrastructure creation.

another job opportunity for atleast 8 ppl is to set up and manage a rural toilet 24 by 7. on the lines of sulab. each village can do that and the revenue generated can be shared among the ppl who are manning it. instant jobs modi sir. do able in 1 year. lets push hard sir.

just by pushing for clean water and 24 by 7 power to all villages we can create at least 10 direct and indirect jobs in each village. let the solar energy corp india tie up with each gram panchayat and offer tech to set up a solar energy plant for their village needs. do able in 1 year if pushed hard by each MLA and MP of BJP. funds are already available with panchayats. lets do this modi sir. we have to deliver or the people will get tired of us. they are getting impatient.

In my village Baideswar although the High school implements all new norms of government the number of faculties are very low to materialize the good changes.how can we address these issues. As government plans need to be implemented asap but the recruitment of faculties are not in sync. how can we adress that.
