Land ownership details should be made public online so anyone/everyone can see the information. No electricity and water connection should be allowed to illegal construction areas to discourage encroachments. All residential building constructions should be mandated to follow guidelines strictly with action against the land owner/builder/society for any deviation. Digitisation in MCD and other authorities is a must with transparent information available for the masses. #MoUD
