one idea i want to share is..we have seen that during summers its hard to stand below with the open sun specially in the traffic signals.so the govt should install the solar panels at the signals giving shed along with energy they will produce.......

one thing which i had observed from years is that at present we actually are not in a need to build something .the first thing which comes in my mind is we should first know that what we are having with us and our steps taken should be in the direction of making the things best that we have with us.

Our flyovers and roads must be equipped with adequate safety features to prevent road accidents/mishaps.
This video explains the lack of adequate warning/safety signals in our flyovers like lack of any retro-reflective signs, indicators etc.to make aware, alert the speeding vehicles approaching the flyovers.
The most of our flyovers have a low height side wall, without a buffer zone/footpath, to ensure that speeding vehicles do not collide with sidewall while turning.

Sir, it is a nice proposition that ' capacity building ' has been considered as one of the components for smart city development. This is an important prerequisite for smart city development and its outcome depends on its successful implementation. It is suggested to make capacity building as an integral part of city management system extending its scope bringing all the city stakeholders and as a continuous process. http://www.ccdcindia.in

First build world class infrastructure - wider and cleaner roads with no potholes, 24/7 electricity (with minimum carbon footprint), 24/7 potable piped water, 100% sewage treatment, 100% garbage disposal (no dumps by roadside), affordable and abundant medical and education facilities, decongestion of the cities by expanding and redeveloping congested areas, A-class public transport (fuel efficient), these are the backbones on which smart cities can be built. Just cosmetic treatment is useless.

Sir from past 30 years, it' is said that road extension will happen in my town Sompeta. Till date not taken place for what so ever reason.
Hope at least under rural development program this may happen true.

I request to PM sir, No permission should not grant to construct any local colony or buildings w/o authority and all town and colonies nearby city should be devlop according proper plan ,sewer line broad road & with green park, parking areas as per guide line of authority such like as Chandigarh city.

Strict rules and penalty ,only can make smart city and civilized development.
