The simplistic thing that any Govt - be it Central or State can do: Hire a person like Dr. Verghese Kurian - to set up cooperatives for all products from tribal areas. Qualities to look out for: Humane, Professional, High Integrity, Ability to work with people who are more intelligent. Are such people available in the Govt today? I believe so. Education plays a vital role to channelize energy of youth.
Education level is becoming substandard. Education is becoming a business opportunity & an industry. Teachers are underpaid because of which youth is not getting into this profession. Government should make teaching an attractive profession for youth. The way we have IPS,IFS & IAS we should have India Teaching Commission. Highest investment should be done in Education system. Government should act to stop privatization of education.

1.Tribal people can be given sports training as they all have OK inclination towards sports such as archery,athletics etc.
2.People can be given the training of solar panel installation this will not only create employment as well helps in electricity production.
3.People can be encouraged for animal husbandry.
4.Plantation can be encouraged.
5.People can be given training of waste to power generation .
6.They can also create bio fertilizers from the solid waste materials.
