In every tribal village one dedicated motivator be engaged to keep eyes on the villagers and identify their ability,interest & choice.Then they should cared to follow living style.Education,Health,Sanitation,cleanliness & spirit of nationalism must be created /given by some selfless people.

The tribal people should be given facilities to concentrate on their profession like agriculture.

Tribal people can be brought into stream line by giving them urban facilities.
They should be taught to learn the way of living style.

Before Passing Land bill in parliament;
Govt must work for farmers by directly contacting them and serving them with the ground level teams. make teams of youngsters who constantly can work behind farmer related issues, make them accessible 24 hours so any farmer can approach directly to the Center govt team for any issue. let the farmers feel that the govt is with them with the physical presence and touch. support farmers to improve their daily life with education and medications.

Land bill: instead of convincing the opposition and parliament members first. NDA govt should convince the end level farmers on it. govt need to connect with them on ground level, by different type of meetings. teach the farmers about land bill like a teacher do in class rooms. spread the awareness among the farmers, by sending the BJP MPs and MLAs to villages and address the farmers class room. let it be interactive, let farmers ask the questions. collect farmer's various issue they facing.

People in tribal areas should be trained and skilled in manufacturing match sticks. I propose an idea of how that can be done without effecting the environment. The prices of the match boxes should be doubled (eg, INR2 instead INR1). Once the user exhausts the match sticks inside, he/she should be refunded INR1 on submission of the empty match box to the retail store. That way, the cover of match box can be recycled for further use without much concern to environment.

Every school must send its students atleast once to a Tribal village with prior education about the tribal life. They must stay one full day with them, have lunch and dinner with them- the school /students must pay for the food. The teachers and students must discuss with the villagers (those who could spare time) collectively and give written suggestions. Those physically follow up their own suggestions may be given incentives.
