recent published list of black money people and amount on news paper is very small & related to old years. the amount shown merely may be a monthly expenditure of some big business man. But we are talking about big money. better stop this exercise and stop wasting money & time. we should stop money going out now onward. Take data as on date and put tax on that and make it white. Past is over. Do not prolong it further. Already enough time is given to them to divert money to somewhere else & hide

Stop circulation of 500 and 1000 rupee notes from circulation and make all transaction above 500 or 1000 rupees to be done through cheques or credit/debit card. This will curb the block money within the country and also the circulation of forged notes. BJP should have guts to do this. I doubt.

Quality Improvement of food grains cultivation:Nowadays right from beginning and upto the end of the crops Ureas etc are fed .Though yield is high, it is not good for human health. Hence in the villages, there should be encouragement for goat farm and cattle farms such that natural granure could be fed for the crops, which will reduce the poisonness in the food items.Increased subsidy if required and also mentors for this in the villages to be deployed and empowered .

Aadhaar is a good idea. But it took much time and controversies, led people into problem to get due to improper planning. Data of individuals is collected by some one. Preparing cards by some one. Delivery of Cards by some other one. For Some time postmen at some places discarded /dumped the cards in garbage since payments are made to some other contractors etc. The Govt. could not fix responsibility to any one since there is no proper planning of the system. Now after years just going.

I have seen failure of some schemes (NAIP under ICAR) which are designed by central govt. and implemented. Crores of funds wasted / misused since the funds are handed over to scientists (individuals) without involvement of any control of instituions in which the individuals are working. In later stages the Central govt. requested to monitor/account the same.

Change in IT system is needed avoiding calucations in middle class and lower class employees. Monthly direct tax deduction based on their total salary income may be preferred which avoids dubious calculations and feeling burden to pay at a time at year ending can be avoided.
