The present system to get funds and support to construct school toilets in a time bound manner is a good initiative. Lot of toilets are being constructed all over states before the opening of schools. The PPP policy should help schools to grow. But we should be careful about the use and maintenance of these toilets as well. Some private agencies are also taking responsibility of maintenance for next 2 to 3 years.

To promote small businesses across small cities and villages, business entities may develop "New Idea Funding setups" in each cities. Currently venture funding is only available for highly educated people.

partnership with the private sector idea is very wrong and worst . As home department is totally under govt's. control, the Education Department and all its wing should be under direct Govt's. control. all the third party systems should be closed immediately, private sectors are cancer to the society it may ruin us. all exams should be held under CCTV, objective type without multiple of answer. Any exam fees should not more than Rs.100/- for general.

Abolish private ownership on school education and encourage private partnership in regulated government participation facility management only and not at curriculam.Teachers can teach using many teaching tools including virtual and e-learning methods. There should not be Tution centres emanating as they exploit the income earning of the parents.Teachers themselves are not uptodate to the trends and are only repeat to the levels they know and not to the times

I believe India's higher education requires massive amounts of funding which is beyond the Govt's ability. We require an enabling framework for incentivizing private sector participation in higher education. We need to open up the setting up of universities to private sector. To that extent we need to revisit the ' not for profit' tag associated with education and allow ' for profit ' universities with the necessary safeguards and mandatory disclosure based norms

1.More freedom should be given to the private partners.
2.A more transparent model should be allocated in allocating lands,& for allowing partnerships with the govt. organisations.
3.A committee should also be framed to look after the smooth functioning of PPP model.

why in our education there exists a disparity? why IIM and IIT students get HIGH SALARIED JOBS? its always not necessary that all Indians have to pursue there HIGHER EDUCATIONS from IIM and IIT. Why our CORPORATE SECTORS don't check a candidate skill? many sectors see from where they pursued there degree not there skills. why? if I pursue my MBA from a small institute which is AICTE approved due to my financial crisis then cant I get equal OPPORTUNITY what a IIM CANDIDATE gets?

industry institute interaction is non existent in our learning process. regular seminars in colleges and universities by experts in industry, short term training in industry and knowledge updating courses for personnel in industry may be made mandatory. this will enrich both industry and institution. every semester, one or two papers may be based on latest from industry.
