Sir, though a significant academic atmosphere abounds, where we lack is in employability. Students gain bookish knowledge, sometimes of poor quality, with almost complete lack of understanding of the work environment & requirements. Hence, a compulsory internship, atleast part time in their chosen area should be include in the final year curriculum, also paid holiday internships can be facilitated by college co-ordinators. Language, etiquette & soft skill training should be part of the course.

2. We as enterprising promoters are willing to buy their technical know-hows. We buy and exploit the technology commercially.
All such schemes envisages active participation of the staff and students. The Institution will become self sufficient financially. To make a beginning,I call upon all such Ed Institutions to come up with a technical know-how and start a JV.

Partnership with Private Sector - read Industry. This is precisely that which is missing in today's Education system. There are several ways of doing this. Most of the schemes are based on the following two thought processes and their combination :-

REMOVE ENTRY BARRIERS AND ENCOURAGE EDUPRENEURS
One person in management team of private sector can be a Professor from a University. Can have meeting once a month/quarterly.
It should be mandatory for students to work in industry along with education. It should 10 hrs for graduate students and 20 hrs for post graduate students in a week, for which renumeration must be paid by the company to the students.
Policies and Practices aimed at increasing the role of private entities in employability assessments, skill/degree requirement identification, innovative program design and effective delivery will naturally enhance value of partnership. Inclusion of an appropriate third party to catalyze and facilitate meeting human resource demand and supply, to improve links with society, for leadership development through an appropriate tripartite arrangement can also help improve the value of the partnership
Large portion of the private partnership in the existing education system is on the delivery of the degree education. The latter is largely designed by people from public institutions. A large section of the graduates created in this process are seen to be non-employable.
I think private public partnership is needed in education and it would be great help. One idea that I had was to collaborate with private schools to use their infrastructure in the evening schedule and have same teachers as well. This would help reduce cost of quality education. In return, schools/management/teachers can be given relaxation in taxes, salary incentives and other benefits.
this can result in :
1. Better infrastructure
2. Better quality teachers
3. Less cost better quality
education in govt schools are not fine.then there should be prtvatization in field of education where we create cooraported system of education .every school and every teacher should give grading system.
