Sir I have a suggestion that when any survey would going to be start.... you should hire the educated and unemployed young boys and girls for doing this rather then any govt. employee.... For example, Govt. give the duty of CENSUS to govt. school teacher of that area... he or she do their work but they did not want to do that every teacher said that I am tired of all these extra work.other then any Govt. teacher you can hire an Educated Girl or Boy of that area for this,he will happily do this
