Though we have good share of the global population and our people are also mostly intelligent and performing, our contribution of inventions are not proportional to our population. Our people are depressed and lost confidence in the political system which made them suffer all along. Only now some confidence in the government slowly builds in because of the good leaders after long time. This trend should be used to stop the brain drain and take our country to its deserving position.

Government can offer some tax concession or any other suitable incentives to the industrialist who come forward to support the technologist and inventors in this " adoption" method. Generally industries are motivating the people who are innovative and productive. But it is mostly towards the target of the concern industry. But in this special category the innovator should be allowed to continue without any restriction and interference to achieve the target of the inventor.

Apart from the focus of the Government on innovative people it can request the Industrial Giants to adopt these people as they do for sports men, artists,actors etc., They can support & motivate them to achieve their goal. They can be used as their brand ambassadors. This will not only make them perform it will also inspire lot more such people and other industries to fallow. Though most of our industrialists are patriotic they were not utilised properly by the government in this way.

sir there's a lot of talent in indian youth but the problem is yhere is no opportunity...evry firm wants the experienced person or a guy having source in it... but about the freshers ....sir I am a engineering graduate and everytime I aaply anywhere the ask for experience or the source does it means I cant get any job???? and also if I try to start up any business on my own then other officials show the problem....so the person will go there where there is ease and abundance of work ..
