अवसरों की कमी के कारण प्रतिभाशाली लोगों के पलायन-'प्रतिभा पलायन' को कैसे रोका जाए? साथ ही जो लोग भारत छोड़कर चले गए थे उन्हें किस प्रकार वापस लाया जाए जिससे उनके गौरव के साथ-साथ देश का गौरव भी बढ़ सके?

Extensive privatisation. Everyone should be allowed to buy and sell with very minimum restrictions. Govt can only be regulators. Give our youth a chance to survive. Everyone should be allowed to bid for any project. Business registration should be 1 day process only.

The problem of brain drain is not an economic one rather it is more of a social nature ,most of the students or professionals who think about going to a foreign country are not only motivated by money but are attracted to the quality of life in those countries,these countries offer better civic amenities ,healthcare etc. I think it is upto the governments to ensure that there is a promise of better social security and civic amenities in our countries future.

present situation of Indian engineering fresher student is very bad. They are unemployed.... Why...?.because in industries ,work to be done by engineers is done by diplma or iti students at lower wages. Then what is the use of engineering graduation. If this field people has no jobs then cancel engineering course in india.
Many companies ask aggregate of 65-75% of marks , then only students can get job if else no. If 65-75% is level of getting job , then what is the use of keeping passing marks as 35 ,so were should the students go who has lesser marks than companies demand. If not keep passing marks as 65 , so that every body will score it get job.
This may be also a unemployment problem. So MODI SIR WORK ON IT.

Brain Drain can be stopped in case we should start value the merit. Unfortunately we have very Hippocratic leaders. They like to be served by the great brains and leave the poor citizens to be looked after by the substandard people . Take the example of Doctors . They are producing the substandard doctors on bases of cast not on merit but the leaders like PMs and others are free to be looked by the BEST DOCTORS in AIIMS or in foreign Countries while the poor are left to them.Why? PM sir lookin.

in big cities,there is centralisation of industries so people from village and small cities move toward big cities to the search work and employment.Lot of labour category people left their wife & children at home result of this increase population density in our cities so it is difficult to maintain cities neat and clean.Hence govt should establish small scale industries in small cities where raw material of industries are available.Govt also provide share to employee who work in thes industry

ब्रेन ड्रेन रोकने का उपाय है कि iit आईआईएम एम्स से पास होने वाले स्टूडेंट साइंटिस्ट को कम से कम 5 वर्ष तक भारत में ही कार्य करने की बाध्यता हो इंडिया में आगे reserch की अच्छी सुविधा दी जाये स्किल डेवलपमेंट और इम्प्रूवमेंट की वर्ल्ड क्लास की सुविधा दी जाए विदशी कंपनी जो इनको एम्प्लॉयमेंट देते हैं उन्हें बाध्य करे भारत में अपने ब्रांच खोलने

The brain drain will stop when better job environment is provided. The elements for better job invironment are working condition at work place,salary\wages,income taes&social security.Our work force are attracted towards other countries considering these elements.Unless these elements are not at par with the other countries to stop brain drain is not possible,therefore we\Govt must put tremendous efforts to improve these elements(job invironment)

Why there is s need for National Reservation Revaluation Committee? Coz growing dissatisfaction among society. Many Pil have been rejected in HCs SC when it is filed to justify aggregate representation of special class. Itd rejected coz last caste based census happened in 1931 during British reign n its being given on the basis of that. No updated databis available howevr caste based census started in 2011 by UPA but its not been laid on parliamentary table yet.
