Govt should de-licence solar panel manufacturing for 2 crore un-employed youth engineering graduates except quality control. This will not only fulfill requirement of electricity for the success of Make in India but will remove darkness & weakness from INDIA.

New rules have to be framed in the interest of Workers where there are minimum chances of there exploitation, UAN is a very good step in that direction, moreover this labour unions should be ablished as they never work in the favour of workers, they are major hindrance in the path of develpment of both workers and industries. They do nothing good but create problems of which the end sufere is the the worker whom they project as if for him thery are fighting.

Respected Sir, Please Special Care to Physically Handicapped Persons in there Employment Status and give there an opportunity to job from Govt according to there education and skill checkup directly basis. PHP Candidates are alomost coming from very poor families. This is my Humble Request.

Pushing these problems to good universities/colleges should be a start - students can take them up as projects, and should be allowed to continue working on their solution even after completing their degree - but this needs to be clubbed with a rich monetary award for successful final implementation.

This will also improve the research environment in the country as well as improve the quality of work done in industries

Job creation in electronics small industry: No investment from Govt.Just convert inspectors into providers.Pollution inspector should be converted into provider of pollution free manufacturing area.
Industrial clusters should provide manufacturing spaces furnished,factory license obtained,,electricity and water connected .Simply bring test equipment and start manufacturing.
Ease of commencing manufacturing will give more time to entrepreneur to focus on product development.

The process of registering and doing business must be simplified. Governmnet should promote entrepreneurship, enocourge people to start their business, provide them funds for doing business, povide easy loan at lower interest rates. Today I can not find a policy which provides easy and cheap loans or funds for new and innovative business. Government can organise frequent entrepreneurship contest in which several entrepreneurs will participate and a panal will judge their business ideas, and accordingly government can provide fund or cheap business loan to top contestants. Last year rajasthan government had organised one such activity, and as per my knowedge more than ten thousand exclusive businees ideas were registered as part of competition and top 1000 ideas were provided cheap loan of 6% interest rate. Such activities should be done very frequenty, may be once in 3 months, and that at state level as well as at national level. I am an engineer, a gradate from IIT, I have several innovative business ideas but I feel several hurdles in doing business. Goverment can also provide free online consultancy specifc to a business, consultancy of things such as what support can be provided by the government, what all documentation work an start up needs to do, what all rules and regulation one needs to follow. Recently skill development and entrepreneurship ministry has been formed. I feel that is a good initiative by the governmnet. I could not find any webpage of this ministry, I hope it is under development and I am expecting a creative webpage along with some good business promotional policies.

Above all things will make starting and doing business easier in India. From my experience with highly educated colleuges I can assure that there are thousands of youngsters who see vast business opportunities in India. Most of them carry very innovative ideas which can solve major socity problems and create good business also. Promoting such ideas will defintely attaract good talents that in turn will create several job opportunities.

Free meal or Re 1 per kg rice scheme should be for physically handicapped people only. Give a job to all physically fit bodies to earn a living (and do away subsidy culture) and make our country more productive and increase purchasing power of its people.
