I have one more suggestion regarding jobs creation.Sir there are multi national companies in our country which controls telecom network of other countries bysittinghere.Sir we should do one thing that we should invite these companies more and more as our engineers will get more jobs and high salary.I think these companies need very less infrastructure as compared to manufacturing sector as i think this is mostly software based working.Our Brain drain can be minimised to some extent.

I m thinking that for fast job creation we need infrastructure.sir for this we should do one thing that we should find out that how many universities ,schools and colleges are there which are closed but there infrastructure is there.Sir if we succeed in identifying that infrastructure our some problems can be solved.we can give education to large no of students and people will get jobs as teachers.This is the best way of giving these both things in very few time and in minimum cost

Let their be shopping mall on top of major stations such that stations are completely covered. This will ensure absolutely clean platforms and unauthorized people on platforms. Malls will add to revenue of railways and create jobs.

Stopping of brain drain is not a big task for India because as considering of Engineering every year we get about 1,00,000 engineers and about 70,000 of them remain jobless so to stop it by creating small manufacturing units in every district we can place these engineers where they can get a good platform for exploring and hence due ti\o which we can also have an small scale industries which can later turn to big business groups

Brain drain can be stopped if there will be enough opportunities in our india for the professional course we chose to study . No doubt we can successfully graduate from our country , but after this struggle start for a good and secure job to develop in . For example , my own case I m a final year physiotherapy student, after passing out I find that we don't have any central regulatory body or council for our course and profession , which I find in other developed countries like USA and UK.
