The idleness lays in villages. Those having little courage go to the cities rest loiter around Paan shops and listen to Music. To generate employment in such villages cottage/small scale industries should be promoted with tax shops such as exempting excise duty and sales tax. im in USA and deep in my heart i want to come back to india.. the only thought of coming to india and doing business is so filled up with thoughts of the local leaders, no transparency in government organizations. hard to get things done. all of these make me think twice on the idea of coming back. please do something about it. i would like to relocate to india at the earliest. im torn in between india and usa

Brain drain = opportunity, create more opportunity , create more entrepreneur meetings. exercises, shops, it will eventually create more innovative ideas and more home grown institues/ industries to come into play and there by more people get opportunity to stay at home rather than go abroad.

Please open the door of 'Private Police' in our country for limited area, like for those people whose are not trusting on Public police / Govt police.
for such cases Stealing / Looting / Forgery / Murder etc. If they want to go on private police (Equipped with modern technology etc) then you please allow. This can create a huge Jobs in our country.
