Even our Indian Govenment companies also asks percentages not less than 65%. I dont kno at that age how to study how to make things and i have not wasted my time in engineering but the situation is like this...now it comes Brain drain to leave this country and go to that country who will not ask my percentage.....

problem is started along with we got admitted to the school. for skill development we first have to change our education system. "PARHO AUR BARHO" ko change karke 'KARO AUR BARHO" ki ek nayi chinta lane ki jarurat hain. is ise ek bacche ki jo inborn skill hain woh samne ayega aur use us disha mein age lein jane ka rasta dikhana hi ek teacher ka asli kam hona chahiye. kyunki aaj ka education system to ek bacche ko EDUCATED bana sakta hain par QUALIFIED nahi..

There is no need of "Brain Drain" rather use this so called brain drain in rightful manner as our students went abroad and get more educated can get back to India and apply it in India. But to make this happen govt. has to make an atmosphere and highway smooth for innovators and simultaneously punish who are stopping whistle blowers and innovators. If govt. provide red carpet lots of Indians wants to come back in India.
