Brain Drain is said to happen when Indians after enjoying Indian education system like IIT, AIIMS & IIAMS migrate to other countries for better lifestyle, money and work in their R & D in universities, companies instead of contributing to Indian economy. To stop brain drain we need to develop our country, our systems our companies, our universities on research and development oriented, meritocracy based promotions, and quality of life at par with west and developed countries.

Till the Country is developed, satisfying job opportunities are adequate, standard of living is improved, the process will continue. It can be restricted for Performers, by identifying them young at college level,sponsoring their up bringing and growth by Corporates, PSUs,Govt Org and all R&D Dept of Private,Govt and a Reaserch Organisation. Catch them Young and look after them, who respond and for others,provide alternate means.The correct mind need to be idintified and motivated. This will make a difference but ultimate solution is We have to Develop as a Country.

SECTOR AFTER PAYING SO MUCH MONEY FOR FORMS THERE IS NO BENIFITS FOR GE CASTE STUDENTS IN STUDIES IF BE TRY TO SEARCH JOB IN PRIVATE SECTOR THEY WANT REFERENCE OF SOME LEADER THEN SIR BUT WE DO AFTER SO MUCH STUDY AND OUR PARENTS SPEND SO MUCH MONEY ON US WE NOT GOT A JOB OF OUR QUALIFICATION ONLY BECAUSE BE HAVE NO REFRENCE FOR PRIVATE SECTOR THX

small industry in electronics is suffering due to import from China which probably is not stoppable due to WTO regulations..Use TEC,RDSO,BIS ,WPC etc which are test certifying agencies.They should be used in import clearance process.They should make import difficult specially in areas where Indian Manufacturer exists.
concurrently make certification easy for Indian manufacturer. National interests are supreme.

Rejuvenate Religion Heritage : >>> Rejuvenate the Old Temples, Mosques, Churches. Strictly don’t to built any New Temple / Church / Mosques.
Its more than Enough, if we Preserve our Old & Worship.
Be Firm with Religious Leaders and command them not to destroy the Peace & Unity of India.
