i am not happy 1 think in gov job genral knowlage exam its need to chang like if you need computer typiest then he his powerfull in typiest its not knowlage powerfull in genral knowlage if he give exam and failed bcs not powerfull in genral knkowlage so his skill not used i strong suggested that if ca hire then exam question related ca if you need to hire engineer than exam releated enginner so he can work good i experience this badly so i hope this edit one by gov

I think need to make strong inner side india so i suggestion like if some service lunch all city lunch equil do also city wise different skill like if surat textile, diamond mfg so give free training for import export all money come out side automatically all job creation and also demand our country products

Sir,
Kindly remove the ban on creation of posts in government sector. Contractual employment to younger generation on very less pay leads to brain drain. All people should be paid equally. Fill all the vacant posts in state as well as in central government. This shall improve the economy as well as the brain drain. Contractual employment is encouraging slavery, this kind of employment infects the government set up. Abolish all post on deputation/contract post and fill it on regular basis.
