we have to create education profile not as per v qualified...but as per we take interest in it...so we can get good professionals for the required work.e.g. as in some cities we need engineers and at that place we don't have enough engineers...

We need to takeup one more program " ACCIDENT FREE INDIA PROGRAM " like Clean India, All should follow traffic rules and install every corner place signal and video/cameras, so if any one jump/cross the signal GOVT will get MONEY as FINE, both ways follow the rules if not govt will get good money and this money utilize more jobs, Good service to common people, good roads, good police, If ambulance comes need to give way, most of the people not following the what is EMERGENCY for Ambulance.

f we need job , we must have promoted manufacturing as the product are when manufacture here it will create job , the after sale and service will require people and it will also create job . so if government is relay interested it will per mote manufacturing

Government should realize the people about the growth of population. if the population becomes less, everyone will get good opportunity of job in India and they will not go to other countries. So reduction of the population is compulsory for all the religion to stop brain drain

Now a days green or agriculture land equal to area of city Gaziabad is consumed by the industry and housing projets it means we are cutting our food and fresh air supplies.for the prevention of the situation gov. have ban sigle or double story buildings.and only pass the buildings more than 10 stories,which will save our land bank

Can we create special certification of Technical courses specially for Industries requirement like new Electronic Cluster Industries as per their need,and encorage to get quality education to compite in tough compition which they have to face, so to get best from their education.We can run Special Technical Cources also it self in secondory school with addition to normal subject.Like some school running special option Technical cource with normal acedemic subject.

LED Lights in Rs. 10 is not a solution, need is range of LED lighting solution in reasonable price. indian com. selling 5 watt LED for Rs. 350 and Chinese com. selling in just Rs.50 to 60. Quality can be inferior but managable just next 20 to 30 Rs. Indian gov. charging 14% tax on the LED ? Firstly Gov. should make LED lights a TAX FREE GOOD.Secondly Gov. should manage it on its manufacturing level or forcing the companies to sell the LED lights in reasonable price.
