Good evening; I don't know much about culture relatively speaking but after today's World Cup match against Pakistan, I think our team did a fabulous job spreading our culture. Property protection in INDIA is really a tough challenge for people like me who don't have people to look after my property. It is always a first priority for me to invest anywhere in india but security is bottleneck. Encroachment people don't have fear for law and order. As NRI we can't give much time for all these court matters. It will be great if you can implement property security clause so that we are free to invest in INDIA.

Are there plans/roadmaps to allow dual citizenship for Indians? A lot of Indian passport holders have to forego their Indian passport in order to become citizens of the country they immigrated to (mostly U.S. and U.K.). Both US and UK allow dual citizenship if the other country supports it. However, India does not recognize or allow dual citizenship. I believe it will be a huge thing for a lot of NRIs if India allowed Dual citizenship.

Dear Modiji , currently the process to surrender the indian passport and obtain OCI card is the following : First surrender the passport and obtain a surrender certificate.
Next submit the surrender certificate along with the application to obtain OCI card.

I would like to suggest the following : apply for surrender and apply for OCI card in one step. This makes the process simple and saves time.

I am IT consultant, and definitely would like to contribute to 'Digital India' and 'Make in India'. Not sure how to proceed ? Is there any forum or platform how NRIs can contribute ?

Consular services in Nairobi has improved and far better than embassies in UK and USA. However, they are NOT holding consular camps far away cities. Periodical consular camps will benefit Indian Community to great extent. This MUST be considered

Indian Government should consider acquiring land and building an office with facilities for trade center, culture centre and visa center with adequate security and parking.

Indian high commission in Nairobi does NOT have its own building representing a great country like India.It is located in a multistory building in busy city centre.Traffic and Parking are major problems. applicants get frustrated and sometimes let in on counter officials if they need tpo go back due to insufficient documentations and come again. High Commision land and building tp be purchased and appropriate place

All the metro cities should have mobile fully equipped ambulances with doctor ,nurse zone wise so that emergency medical services can be provided irrespective of traffic concerns to the citizens .
