Dear PMO and HRD Ministry, CBSE Exam Paper Leak is disaster for the honest students. I recommend following ideas:

1. Please don't print the question papers and distribute the same much ahead of time.
2. Govt. can build a website for which Exam Centers can be provided with authorized access.
3. Publish the exam paper in the website just few minutes before the exam.
4. All exam centers can print the question papers immediately after publication in website and distribute to students. 1/2

To Reduce Corruption the following points can be followed

1.Public Toll free number should be created for Public queries for corruption related queries
2.there should be Online transaction only
3.In every Government Office there should be Corruption queries sector

first of all allow video recording at any office of government as a constitutional right if anyone got in a situation that it is necessary for him as a evidence to prove that officials are corrupt
