Subject- Producing a eco-freindly product,rhamnolipid, from plastic waste
I had isoalated and deposited (IDA, Chandigarh) bacterium, which produces rhamnolipid from plastic waste. In countries like USA and china, this said prouct is being produced using sugars and oils.
Rhamnolipid is not only helps plant roots for uptake of essential nutrients from the soil but also a being used as biopesticide. Producing such product from plastic waste not only reduces it's price for making it available for farmers but also reduce plastic waste.
Rhamnolipid increase the efficiency of fertilizer application.
Kindly consider this futuristic application of Rhamnolipid that would be given in combination with fertilizers.

Another idea is
Establish government-funded innovation challenge/grant program to encourage development of innovative ideas like Nano Fertilizers. Provide funding, mentorship, and resources for individuals, startups, and established companies. Create supportive ecosystem for innovation, connecting innovators with experts and providing access to industry resources. This program would encourage research and entrepreneurship and bring new and impactful technologies to market.

Establish a National Innovation Center for Agriculture in India to support the development and promotion of new technologies, such as Nano Fertilizers, in the agriculture sector. The center would provide funding, research support, and collaboration opportunities between government, academia, and private sector. It would serve as a hub for information, training, and education on cutting-edge technologies, and provide a platform for farmers to access and benefit from innovations. The center would drive progress and keep India at the forefront of agricultural technology.

First of all
We need to create a network between citizens and farmers.
The green waste that is produced must be collected from the entire country and must be allowed to decompose in biogas plants where we get fuel as well a slurry forn of end product.
Government must make sure that this slurry is distributed to farmers in the same way of seeds. Farmers should be educated on the use of this bio fertilizer

Please Reduce Import Of Oil (Petrol & Disel) from Other Countries. And Please force everyone & understand everyone to use Alternative of Petrol & Diesel Vehicles. Because every year we import Billion of Dollars Oil (Fuel) from Other Countries. Our Country's money going Outside.And Other Countries becoming Rich. And it directly affects Indian Economy. Because Economy Formula is Consumer Expanditure + Goverment Expanditure + investment + Export - Import. Also Petrol Diesel Vehicles Creating a massive Pollution.

Please Support all Electronic/CNG/Ethanol/BioFuel vehicles's Manufacturing Companies to reduce Vehicles cost & Making Quality Vehicles in Large numbers. Stop Importing Coal And please Produce Electricity from Wind & Solar. People are not buying Electric Vehicles because it Cost more & they afraid Of Battery's Cost in Future.Please Understand them.Also please Stop Gold Import. It is of no use. People are just buying just to give to Girl in Marri

First of all we have to enrich the soil with beneficial microorganisms like n p k bacteria , this is possible if we litrate farmers about use of micro organisms before the use of npk fertilizers , if farmers purchase beneficial microorganisms kits along with npk fertilizers can make it possible.

If soil Structure , texture is helthy then and then the fertilizer use efficiency can be improved , it results in minimum use of npk fertilizers , currently interlocking of applied fertilizer takes place due to less soil microbial activity to digest the npk fertilizers and make it available to plant
Hence use of microrganisam before application of fertilizer by educating the farmers is the only way to minimize the excessive use of fertilizers

• Developing fertilizers that are enriched with organic material such as seaweed extract, compost, humic acid to increase the nutrient availability to the plants. This could increase the crop yield and nutrient a take while also reducing the amount of synthetic chemical fertilizers needed.
• Developing smart fertilizer delivery systems that utilise sensors and other technologies to measure, monitor, and adjust fertilizer application rates to optimise nutrient available and minimise environmental impacts from excessive application.
• Developing targeted fertilizer applications that involve applying specific nutrients such as nitrogen and phosphorus to certain areas of the field that need the most, rather than applying the same amount all over. This could help reduce nutrient leaching and run of which can pollute local water sources.

The Government has introduced Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) system in Fertilizers w.e.f. October 2016 and the Pan-India Roll out has been completed by March, 2018. Under the fertilizer DBT system, 100% subsidy on various fertilizer grades is released to the fertilizer companies on the basis of actual sales made by the retailers to the beneficiaries. Sale of all subsidized fertilizers to farmers/buyers is made through Point of Sale (PoS) devices installed at each retailer shop and the beneficiaries are identified through Aadhaar Card, KCC, Voter Identity Card etc. Further, the Government incorporates new and innovative fertilizers from time to time in Fertilizer Control Order-1985 (FCO). Recently, Nano urea and bio-stimulants have been incorporated in FCO.

The Government of India (GOI) introduced New Urea Policy-2015 (NUP-2015) on 25th May 2015 with the objectives of maximizing indigenous urea production, promoting energy efficiency in urea production and rationalizing subsidy burden

Bio gas plants are already being subsidised but due to lack of awareness on how it is not only gas but generates organic Fertiliser in form of bio slurry is not known to all.
Like in some states rain water harvesting has been made compulsory for large constructions, similarly bio gas should be made compulsory for large farmers to avail various subsidies which they enjoy/abuse.
This will further strengthen cattle and livestock maintenance and can act as a catalyst for farmers to go organic.
Going organic is a slow and painful process of 3 years.
Waste recyclers and eventually common citizen to be made aware So that degradable waste do not end up in land fills but reach these bio gas plants.
All large dairy farms are availing subsidies for dairy as well, they can be asked to install these bio gas systems as well.
The way food reaches from farm to fork, the food waste should go back to the soil to preserve its nutrients.
