A dedicated online portal for conducting E commerce business of Fruits and vegetables, by the government, will help in increasing transparency of trade, bringing them to the market on time by enabling pre-booking and greater margin of profit for farmers. Though there are Mega Food Park for processing the farm produce, there might be a delay in procurement and transportation of the produce. This can be minimized by selling them through online portals by booking them well ahead of their harvest.

Central warehouse cooperation(CWC) under Mr.Paswan, is given responsibility to store post-harvest fruits and vegrtables. But it rather prefers to provide services to Kingfisher to store beverages and many other companies to earn profits. The PSU is earning huge profits. I hope if resources are properly utilized CWC has enough capability to solve the issue.

Respected PM Sir, I think a daily news bulletin for fruits and vegetables must be held at local FM in the morning. this will broadcast the current rate as well as demand /supply of the goods in the local market. then all the people will come to know the current trendzs and the middle men role will be minimised for creating the artificial prise hike.

Fast transportation and lifting of territorial restrictions on sale of the farmers' produce can go a long way in ensuring minimal post harvest loss and will also ensure remunerative price. Today, it is easier to buy Ratnagiri Alphonso in London than getting it in Agra or Jammu. More co-operative marketing bodies and contract farming both ensure early consumption by end user

we should also keep in notice that this money should end disparity in our country. Mobile pre coolers may be encouraged on model of foreign country and collection center should be there at panchayat level. further, farmers should be educated by a dedicated team on 'easy method of reducing post harvest lossess'. Local NGO/colleges may help in doing this task.Further, various ministries and PSUs concerned may work under one Ministry.this may reduce overlapping or repetition of task/component.

Sir,a lot of step is being taken to develop cold chain infrastructure in India,as per schemes project of north east and hilly states gets more benefit than other state and hence a number of projects are being running in states with special category. I am concerned about environment impact and concentration of projects at single location in any state. though as per regional geography industry get attracted to places where other factors supports but when we are spending crores of goverment money..

Processing of fruits and vegetables may lead solution of this problem.Establishment of cold storage in sufficient amount as well as cool chain system for transport will also help in this matter.Agri scientist may develop new variety having long term production in off season also like early mid and late varieties. Processing at origin /production place will minimize this problem
