If it is Government side,there may be safe or otherwise it will be more unsafe for our privacy. More Applications available for various Disciplines. I request you to issue warning notifications while downloading the app for Personal Data security. Definitely It'll reduce the risk and compliance of Cyber crime. In other side,most of the rural people are using Mobile Applications. So, Filtering with Warning notifications while downloading the app may help all Categories of people. Jai Hind.

One does not have to change Sim card every time...
If i want to switch from one service provider to another service provide. I'll just sent an sms or over the internet (any website) with otp system.

5 A criminal offense should be imposed on service operator for anti national and anti social content .

Telecom reform starts with true identity of service holder ..all phone no shall be aadhar linked and updated every quarter when there is change in no Or issue life time Number per person like aadhar.
allow interchangeable services with same no , and once issued No per person shall be active with same person identity until Death registration is completed.

like telecom reform Electrol reform is very important in Country , Election commission has to be fine tuned.

1. Only 2 attempts to participate in election per Organisation even if candidate win or loose only 2 attempt shall be permitted.
2. Max age limit for candidates to participate in election shall be 60 .
3. not nore then 2 person from Same family member can participate in same state ...
4. No one can be CM, or PM for more then 2 terms in country .

these are important factors for country having 150 crore population ..

TRAI દ્વારા વારંવાર નિર્દેશ આપ્યા હોવા છતાં જે તે સર્વિસ પ્રોવાઇડરો દ્વારા માસિક પ્લાનના દિવસની ગણતરી અનુક્રમે ૨૮ દિવસ, ૫૬ દિવસ, ૮૪ દિવસની જ કરવામાં આવે છે. તો તે અનુક્રમે ૩૦ દિવસ, ૬૦ દિવસ અને ૯૦ દિવસ કરવામાં આવે.
અગાઉ સરકારશ્રી દ્વારા સર્વિસ પ્રોવાઈડરોને સ્પષ્ટ સૂચના અપાઈ હતી કે ગ્રાહકોને ઓફરોની જાણ કરવા માટે હંમેશા એક અલગ ઓળખ ધરાવતી સીરિઝવાળા નંબરનો ઉપયોગ કરવાનો રહેશે તેમ છતાં હાલમાં આ નિયમનો સર્વિસ પ્રોવાઈડરો દ્વારા સરેઆમ ઉલ્લંઘન થઈ રહ્યું છે. તો તે બાબતે સુધારો કરવો જરૂરી છે.

i think there should be a 'right to object' in the drafted bill so that we can withdraw our consent for accessing our personal data

it is nice try for controlling the illegal activity, but with this we have to focus on illegal sim provider or wrong information given by the sim holder. because many sim are puchase by other and use by other. this create also a problem.
it should be managed
but with this, there should be need to given insurance that our data will safe, without any prove our data should not be leaked.
