Welcome initiative by Government if India to strengthen the Telecom sector by replacing the old bill with new modern bill .Beings citizen of India I would like to introduce few points in the bill :-
1. WPC licence and its obligations should be very strict to the Telecom Companies .
2.State of the art Telecom infrastructure required with keeping in mind of health safety for the citizen.

i think we really need balance

our comments on draft India telecommunication bill 2022 is a step toward aatmanirbhar bharat abhiyaan .telecommunication requires special attention and care. when we compare ourselves with others we find ourselves what we are lacking and where improvement is required. so compare with other and make ourselves more productive and effective.

DND services must be default, not opt mode.
If services breaked due to any reason, those many days usage should be extended, mobile, internet or dth.
Parental control mobile connections to be introduced, so that parents can monitor the kids.
In DTH, opting another service provider with same equipment is required.
Movies, shows and serials need to be certified before telecasting in dth or ott, to much of violence and un ethical relationships.
Paid channels should be ads free, else channel should be free.
As like CBFC, there should be a system for web, internet, app, dth and ott.

Mobile is new invention.
And still Telecom Ministry do not know how to use it for Government, National and Citizens benefits.

Telecom still not use for National Problems, Violence, Communal Violence, Curfew, Terrorism, Road accident, Natural calamities and Emergency health situation.
Malnutrition, anaemia, sex ratio, pregnancy, infant care, Vaccination, Corona virus, food, adullteration, Rape, Mental health, FIT India, Road blocked, patriotism etc.etc should also address through Telecom.

I plan ideas.

I want telecom bill should cover all issue raised by me.

Everyone has to support this bill to build a healthy and positive attitude in next generation of India. Already we lost so much money for gaming apps etc. Please support this bill to protect our culture and tradition. Avoid violence in gaming apps. Limit the use of it. We need more security from cyberspace. They are trying to blackmail the innocent citizens of our Nation. Some people are commuting suicides because of this reason. Please save citizens from lone apps and online rummy etc etc.
Please give information to uneducated people to protect them from those criminals. Thank you for the opportunity Sir.

inviting citizens to comment on this bill, is highly appreciated, telecommunication is the nerve centre especially for the security of the nation and in today's context, where everything is international players syndrome, when powerful lobbies constantly tampering with the genuine interests of the nation and its welfare,

Govt has to be proactive on abuse of SIMs and phones. cloning etc. how many passengers being caught at the airport smuggling for others. How many phones used for phone explosions. It should be taught in the schools. a worthy and disciplined idea of not sharing phone numbers, phone & sims with any acquaitnance. family and other support system has to be strong. reporting of lost phones, sims & blocking has to be instant and with a dash board. where it is happening the most. Let the phone internet not become a terror module. the data reports should be exceptional , fake aadhar , dealers & phone repairers have to be included. many love jihad & murders happening at the repair /sim change shops. In the world , all such shops are connected by 24*7 cameras and exceptions noted immediately - law enforcement agencies. No calndestine /moonlighting . a challenge but the world has got it right. will india get this right. target zero love jihad , terror & explosions through phones, internet
