specific clauses shall be added in order to clear the ambiguity , where to use owner supplied material and where contractor supplied material to use. this will help in easy billing. BOQ shall be clear and complete so that , raising of change orders(later) can be eliminated.

In technical specs , specific and stringent statement shall be specified so that licensee/contractor should not skid from responsibilities, and should frame and specify stringent clauses so that licensee/ contracror should not use non standard items, only owner approved vendors list to use to choose for purchasing of material. list for latest telecom standards to be specified, any other standards to follow for a specific work to be mentioned very clearly. so that no ambiguity took place and contractor should not be allowed to skid from responsibility.
