Sir,
Greatly appreciate you taking this issue seriously
I suggest tackling the drug menace by being both of the following:
Hard: Crackdown on drug peddling. Zero tolerance for drug trafficking and narcotics. Onus is on policing and vigilance in and around soft targets frequented by youngsters.
Soft: Along with rehabilitation centers form community groups where young and the old are encouraged to come together to create a value system for our society and anchor ourselves to it strongly.

Honorable pm sir,
To prevent addiction of alcohol
Here is an idea to issue alcohol to everyone in limit of everyday.
This is by, provide alcohol to a person only if the person have his/her
Ration card and note him/her by his/her ration id. By this way we issue alcohol only to adults and also with in a limit. This gives solution to big issue of drinking people and get them in a control also.

In Saudi Arabia, drugs is totally banned so people go to Bahrain & Dubai to enjoy alcohol. Yesterday I read in local newspaper about how young saudies enjoying digital drugs. Digital drug is in the form of sound recently spread via audio files across Internet and it is popular in American & European countries. I mean to say that instead of making new laws on it and implementing them with iron hand, Govt. should reach out with effective information to the last man of our society.

when youth ideas or concept is discussed /moved forward with corrections , youth talent flourishes , multiplies to infinite levels...whether this happens at top notch institutes , generally a big no... but i was at NIT ,NAGPUR where i have seen M.TECH students were actively involved in infra/construction activities AND GIVEN FREE HAND to access latest technique/to input their ideas .... i saw ACTIVE participation , result is that they are not only employable but they will not leave india

THOSE INDUSTRIES , WHICH ARE USING GRAPES AS RAW MATERIAL FOR PRODUCTION OF DRINKING ALCOHOL,AND IF THEY WANT TO REDUCE ALCOHOL PRODUCTION FOR WHATEVER REASON(e.g.-process effluent problem, low demand for drinking alcohol, etc.) can start production of dried grapes by sun drying / solar drying, etc.PRODUCTION COST WILL BE VERY LOW AND PROFIT MARGIN WILL BE VERY HIGH.Later on THE INDUSTRY CAN DIVERSIFY TO PRODUCE OTHER DRIDED FRUITS& VEGETABLES, e.g. apples, peas, garlic, potatoes, mangoes, cucumber

Propert attachment pending investigation of drug peddlers & smugglers
