Proper awareness and basic education is the most important factor needed for the social and economical development of any sector. They should also be encouraged in doing some productive work which would generate an income such as knitting, selling of papads and pickles, etc.

Rural Indian Women need to have 3 core skills
1. Communication /speaking skills...they are too shy to speak to other and enquire about various things.
2. Computer literacy to watch awareness programs in their local languages.
3. Household skills like Jam/Pickle making, stitching garments, coasters/table mats making, paper bags from recycled paper, women hygiene product making, gift wrapping article making.
Computers should be arranged via kiosks at anganwadis for learning of these skills

Dear PM Sir,

I have a very good Idea which can help to reduce the poverty of indian states with very ease.

Idea: I would like to introduce the concept called "EARNTOSHARE" which covers very basic needs for the street poor specially kids and women who are not able to earn by their self except begging.

Please see the Attachment for details.

Dear PM,
Increasing Woman Employment in Government and Private Sector :
Because of some reasons like Marriage, Child birth many women are having gap in their education, gap in education and employment. I request government of India to consider these things and have some policy for relaxation of upper age limit for employment for Women.
Also Private companies also consider these gaps and allow women to apply in their companies.

I am working as a Social Researcher with an International Research Organization. I have worked with both national and international bodies. I have done many studies in rural areas and found that rural women are totally unaware of their rights. They don't even know how to get the benefits through different schemes and interventions. Its very important to educate the girl child as solid base can only provide a sound future. There is need to spread awareness about education, health, employment etc.

Apart from health issues the rural women do not have employment opportunities in villages. Can we train these mahila mandals to form groups among themselves and by say contributing 4 hours of flexi time work they can produce home made products for local markets?Pickles, Pappad making, various mix s for rice, masala powder etc., are prepared by them at home and do not need much training. They might not want to work for an 8 hours shift.such modifications can be inbuilt in their arrangements.
