teachers are government's best assets I feel. going places and working in any given conditions, they are doing their job perfectly. all they need is to have faith in them and a little encouragement, that's it. nobody gives 100% if working under constant pressure of any kind. they must be given enough liberty to undertake necessary steps to overcome geographical and social disparities with the guidance of higher authorities, because I feel meeting these problems demands team effort.
