14) What are different funding models to finance universal secondary education? How can PPP models be leveraged? Can CSR budgets be used for such initiatives?

Ans Every corporate must adopt at least 5 % of its total works force. E.g. if there are 100 employees in a company then it should finance the education of 5 children until they complete their schooling. Besides CSR initiatives and budgets would definitely improve the quality of education

13) Do secondary/ senior secondary and school have and use computers? What are the challenges if any?
Ans Yes. Most of them have and they use them too.

10) How can we increase access to post elementary education across the country in a manner so as to ensure that no child is denied the opportunity of completing his/her school education?
Ans Ease the admission requirements and reduce the documentation. No Donation whatsoever from any student at any level. Government should give incentives to schools who take initiative to enroll students and help them complete their education

Is the required number of regular teachers there in these schools or are there contract teacher? What about teachers for Maths, Science and English language?

Ans. No. there aren’t sufficient teachers specially in Government schools. In pvt schools teachers are not qualified. Teachers for English are there but they never teach grammar. Teacher just focus at finishing the syllabus as the teachers are asked to do a lot of non teaching work in schools. they dont perform well in class room

7) What is the state of science labs and computer labs in schools? What steps can be taken to improve these?
Ans Very few schools have labs but dedicated lab teachers are not there. Many schools have labs for name sake and they charge lab fee too but they hardly take their students to labs. Proper and regular monitoring would ensure that’s schools give proper lab experience to their students

6) How can parents be persuaded to send girls to secondary and senior secondary level schools regularly?
Ans. We live in a society where parents are mostly orthodox and are deeply concerned about their child’s safety. Strict safety norms would definitely encourage the parents to send their gilrs to school. Besides, special subsidies in fees would motivate them as well
