I believe VC's should be observed for the time being as its still in nascent stage. But govt. should, in consideration with companies or organisations dealing with VC's, should frame a guideline under the guidance of RBI about what kind of regulations are required. They should also review the system adopted in countries which has legalised the use of VC's.
After that,govt. should come up with strong regulatory framework.Banning a technology which is gaining its ground worldwide is no solution.

It is humbly requedt to Indian Givt that Bitcoin Should be Legal In India it is digital way of earnings and PM Narendra Modi also support digital India Mission so Bitcoin should not be banned.. Its Making India Financialy strong

Virtual Currencies are very efficient mode of transfer of money around the world. In my opinion Government should observe virtual currencies first than to make any drastic decision. Initially government must make people aware of this new technology and encourage them to use it. Government should not banned it as it will be against digital India campaign started by government itself.
RBI should monitor the buying and selling of VCs across 3-4 platforms that are working in the country.

Bitcoin must be legal in Digital India. It can change mindset of our country's people. Still now a days people are afraid about online transactions or may be unfamiliar with the online transactions. By legalisation of bitcoin in India most people will know about bitcoin and they will take interest in this. As result maximum people will be digital. So legalisation of bitcoin is very necessary for our country.

virtual currencies (BITCOIN) should be legal in INDIA because many of countries legalised it like Japan, Australia and recently korea..if we accepted Bitcoin then there will not be any currency difference in between USD Dollar & INR...so it will helpful for India's financial growth. I think America will not accept it because of above reason. they know that if they accept bitcoin then ultimately Dollar will goes down. So in INDIA it should be legalised by indian Goverment.
