The govt goals to make India digital is on its baby steps.First lets come to the basic. Internet connection is the seed to make this possible at first and I don't want to go into details but everyone has their own experiences.Venturing into the virtual currency field will be a hard one and India should first set up its base, security, regulations etc.regardless Cryptocurrency can be more secure and people can keep a track of their money circulations, help counter inflation and maintain its economy
Bitcoin and other virtual currencies should be legal in india .after verifying KYC documents a consumer should be allowed to trade them anywhere .after all it will be an asset if not valid as currency.
Yes. Bitcoin should be legalize and regulated in our country since many countries including Japan have accepted.it has proven it's safety and many added advantages are there for regular use.
Bitcoin has been legalized in countries like Japan. India need to adapt the technology and legalize the usage of virtual currencies. The exchanges need to be playing fair game in making the transactions legal with all KYC documents submitted and only online transactions and no cash deposits. The buyer and seller can get the invoice copies thus making it more legal. The govt can think of putting appropriate tax as per the earning. It need not be banned. It will promote govt's go cashless drive
I don't think legalization of virtual currency is a good idea for a country like India where cyber security is in nascent stage. Before that we have to improve our CERT,NIC.Since virtual cureencies can be earned through mining(bitcoin)it is difficult and almost impossible to regulate for any established autonomous body.It may further increase Black money in virtual currencies in virtual banks(if possible these can be estd on a network similar to VC's).Digi transactions can be improved in other
Government should allow virtual currency in regulation because It is the future of our country. Moreover government must put some strict rules so that it cannot be used in illegal way. If every customer buy bitcoins from a legal exchanger with their kyc approved then it would be better for goverment to get data about the people holding bitcoins and ask for legitimate tax when they convert it into inr. Since many developed countries observed and accepted it India should also make it legal
government should allow Bitcoin and other exchanges to expand further, by legalizing it as a payment method, it has incredible potential..
no need to worry about taxes, it can be applied later, government should help increase the market cap, and user pool by declaring Bitcoin and other cryptos legal..
If our government want digital india he must be legalise the Bitcoin in our nation that's a very secure international currency.
Bitcoin should be legalized in India just like other countries. It is a digital asset just like Digital Gold introduced by Paytm recently. It can make people rich if it continues to rise in future. It is anonymous and so can be used anywhere maybe for illegal activities. Indian Government need not regulate the currency but need to observe transactions.KYC has to be made mandatory before trading. There should be ways to collect details from BTC Trading platforms to avoid fraud.
I think we wants digital india then should be regulate bitcoin in india.
