I suggest govt to make process in such a way that investment done in Bitcoin can only be done via banking channel and any investment done therein should have a track and record to avoid AML and for better control for taxation purpose.As govt is not having any control on Bitcoin hence there is no sense in declaring the same as legal tender but on the same time this being accept by many nation govt should come with some positive remark to make it more acceptable.

VCs are the future. India should step forward & legalise the VCs, this will be also a step closer towards digital India. Govt can track buying/selling of bitcoins through exchange companies and obviously through bank. So that it will be easy for govt to track smuggling, black money or terrorist activities involved with bitcoins if there is so. This will help to acheive our dream of corruption free india. I wish govt will take decision without any influence from big industrialists of India.

As we are promoting digital transaction. Cryptocurrency must be legalised, especially bitcoin which is not controlled by any country, orgnisation. And very easy to do transaction without any heavy charges.

All the cryptocurrencies are the solution of black money and it will also increase our country's growth rate. Govt has to regulize bitcoin and all cryptocurrencies. Govt must have to start new start-ups based on cryptocurrency. They should start their own minning farm.

Bitcoin should be legalized in india as this is digital currency and easy to use

Introduce VC--INDICOIN instead of Bitcoins/ Litecoins etc

our government should regulate the virtual currency ,the bLockchain technology couldn't be ignored
india is now moving to digital life so we can't refuse the virtual currency usage all we need to do make some good regulation to avoid illegal usage of virtual currency

Bitcoin and all other VC should be legalised as soon as possible with defined guidelines.Indian government shuold plan to lauunch its own VC for the economy growth and make india fully digital.I am confidant post legal status of VC a large number of Indian community would be inclined to use digital currency.

a) Virtual currencies should be legalised in India. Govt can earn income in terms of tax.
b) i) KYC must be complete for all Bitcoin exchanges, also they must be registered with a governing body.
ii) Initially its usage must be allowed at safe and secure exchanges and portals. Then considering digital India drive it must be allowed to use on merchant sites. Slowly then it can be made valid option to pay on all Govt sites after monitoring its use.
