Blockchain is very promising technology behind the Bitcoin and other VC. It will help us to make India better and Digital. I strongly recommend this.
Bitcoin is the best currency in the world. Also Very helpful in small start up business. Aaj tak black money wale hi jyada kama sakte the lekin ab hamare white money ki bhi achhi value mil rahi hai. No one can stop bitcoin.We need bitcoin.
Bitcoin should be legalized in India, there is no ponzi scheme or money laundering meaning less facts with Bitcoin,because India's top most Bitcoin exchange & transaction companies Zebpay & Unocoin always ask legal documents like Pan Card and Bank Details from everyone who want to use their platform for buying & selling or sending & receiving Bitcoin, after successful verification of these documents you can use their digital wallet. So no one can use their service with proper verification.
Just regulate Bitcoin example- like 5%-6% taxation when converting crypto currency to INR.. and After that no further taxtation on that converted money...
Right now it seems low tax but bitcoin growth is very high it will grow more and tax amount will be very satisfying by this gov and people both will be happy (Win Win situation)....
By adopting Bitcoin India will lead in holding and active in crypto currency world.
New age of currency is coiming and Indians are leading
a) Virtual Currencies (VCs) should be legalized and regulated
b) i. KYC should be mandatory for VC - all transactions to be linked with PAN and Adhaar
ii.Indian government should encourage usage of VCs
iii. RBI should monitor/regulate VCs in India

VC should me legal as we are not doing anything wrong. We are just investing our money. Government can track our records regarding the transactions and can deduct tax if applicable on it. We are ready to pay the tax on the profitable amount that we are getting. Also this is a digital currency and India should move ahead with this new era of digital currency.
