A strong determination to bring safety of every weak individual is required. Strong laws are needed to prevent alcoholism and drug use. Person who is influenced and out of sense of fear can do any crime so stop allowing the use of alcohal and drugs in all states, cities and villages.All infrastructure in the country including stadiums and parks, make them available to all citizens equally.Those youth who need to learn any skills, provide learning at cost basis only.Encourage friendly policemen.

even a rapist loves his children ,means there is god in himself too but his demon has become much stronger who forced him to do such shameful act.oh ,we need to kill that demon by arousing the god inside him & not by killing that person himself.how has his demon become stronger ??
westernization , lack of ethical education , manipulating environment, lack of parental care ,no work but plenty of time,frustration ,lack of quality education . we need to impart value education at primary level.

Gents don't respect the contributions done by Ladies in everyday activities. This leads to contempt. (The biggest contribution done by Ladies is to cook food for the family everyday.) I propose one way to address the equality issue. For 10th Standard, Cooking should be compulsory subject. This will make Gents sensitive towards Ladies about the Efforts and Skill which go into cooking. In future these Gents can take responsibility of Cooking on need basis and allow Ladies to further their careers.

3. Youth should form civil societies as well as pressure groups in order to keep pressure on the law makers to make stringent laws and making them take swift actions if something happens

following my previous comment,we cannot force others to carry mobile phones.however,if the victim carries the mobile phone and if an application which can automatically detect a person's identity within the radius of say n hundred metres each second and send the data to a private database using internet/sms,the criminal will be afraid to assault the victim as the database already contains his identity.automatic biometric identity must be found through sonar or other waves emitting from mobile.
