As we know that mostly the black money generated from property deals. And even buyer is ready to pay all the related taxes, they are forced to make transaction in cash and with very less price on paper of that property. If government do some steps and increase the circle rate, and decrease the tax rate on that, based on some ratio, this will be the win-win situation for all. If possible let GSPC & RMC work hand to hand, because what happens that when any new connection is there for GSPC GAS, the GSPC does their work, and later on, they leave the road as it is. In respect to smart city concept,business,economic,infrastructure development are OK, but, the real development of social harmony,human development,cultural development, etc.things are very important for peace,harmony and fruitfull helping nature of people.For that,there should be YOGA,SPIRITUAL,PRAYER CENTRE in CITY.There should be no crime & no accused,Jail should be paid & luxurious with all accommodation like AC,bed-sofa,pure bhojan-breakfast,TV but no mobile-net as per jail manual strictly

My vision was one of the 112 vision that RMC selected amongst 2000+ visions that citizen's of this town gave to RMC last fortnight.

RMC also published its vision as a combined vision for the city. It is a very broad vision that almost becomes general. It lacks the 'particularity' of a place that is so necessary for it to become meaningful.

I am interested to know the next steps that RMC will take in order to fulfil that vision.

In respect to smart city, people safety and security specially to woman should be given high priority.CCTV camara should be fixed at all the points from entrance of city to exit of city, which should be constantly monitored. smart city should be trade,sercives and business oriented, NO industries which make pollution, should be sanctioned within the limit of 25 kms of the city. The city should be completely with trees and plants,it should be pollution free, The people should feel like heaven

All facilities like water,electricity,road,drainage,health,education,business facilities,shopping mall,tele-eloctronic facilities,internet-wifi,Garden, theator,temple for all religion,hotel,railway,metro,transportation,latest infrastructure,all types of plays-grounds,clubs,all types of entertainment faci., etc,are unlimited,clean,dust-free,advance with high technology with online digital facilities for all types of services,There should be no deficit of any goods,items or services to people
