If the data is collected by various agencies in a particular format, the data will not get duplicated and it will easier to store and retrieve.
As most of the data is linked to Aadhaar, let UIDAI prepare a back end data format where whatever data is collected is linked and common fields are not duplicated. It will make the data more compact and meaningful.
IDMO is supposed to maintain and safeguard the data collected by government bodies can facilitate this process as this would reduce the data load required to be stored.
