Respected PM Ji I admire your vision for India. I would like to offer my expertise in education sector to uplift India's adversely-effected education system. I can abolish all the problems like illiteracy, dropouts, cheating in exams, brain-drain, undue demands of pvt. school/college owners, costly coaching centres, & suicide tendency in youngsters due to failure in exams. A plan is ready, which can boost India's entire growth story.

THE EDUCATION MUST BE FREE FOR ALL SPECIALLY FOR MIDDLE CLASS PEOPLE

After 10th, fields to be chosen should be given as per interest and for that an exam should conduct which should be prepared by experienced persons/expert of that field which consist basic level questions and no syllabus should be given to students for that, as that exam would be for having & giving an idea to student about their interest and best field for them, as per the marks acheived in that particular exam. It will stop cheating & help in achieving development of individual & nation both.

1)Good education requires good and dedicated teachers, and to get good teachers need to pay them well.
2) Our syllabus needs to be relevant and current.To maintain such relevance continuous research and study is desired,to be done by well qualified teachers,educationists.
3) For the purpose need to study and know the syllabuses of education institutions across the globe.
4) Maybe a taskforce for the purpose is set up,with a time frame
5) Countrywide uniformity of Syllabus is desired.

IF YOU WORK FROM 8.A.M TO 5.00 A.M YOU SURVIVE, IF YOU WORK FROM 5.00A.M TO 8.00 P.M YOU SURVIVE. EVERYBODY WANTS SUCCESS. BUT HOW MANY PERCANTAGE OF PEOPLE ARE TRYING FOR SUCCESS ? EDUCATION IS NOT MERELY READING THE BOOKS AND REPRODUCTION OF ANSWERS IN THE EXAMINATION. WE SHOULD BE ABLE TO PRODUCE GOOD CITIZENS USEFUL TO THE CANDIDATES AS WELL AS TO THE SOCIETY AND THE NATION. ASK NOT WHAT YOU HAVE DERIVED FROM THE COUNTRY ASK WHAT YOU HAVE DONE FOR THE SAKE OF THE COUNTRY.WE HAVE TO ARREST THE BRAIN DRAIN TO OTHER COUNTRIES CONTRARILY IT SHOULD BE REVERSED. COUNTRY FIRST BUT NOT THE INDIVIDUALS. THE SPIRIT OF BHARAT SHOULD BE IMBIBED.

We as a Indian Citizen will be happy enough, schooling itself an uniform standard across the Country. The CBSE system is Excellent, it must reach to all children at affordable cost. Even Govt. should follow same Curriculum.
At higher Education Level, the students should believe that after they complete degree an appropriate job for their earned skills is readily available. Skill-oriented curriculum with industrial readiness is must.

Points to be added in the policy are:
1. Only those personals should be made member of final policy making committee whose children are studying or has studied in a government school. Only those personal could be able to feel the pain of education quality aspects of government schools and could be able to device a good policy
2. It should be made mandatory for all government employees to admit their children in government schools only,Specially for employees of Indian Administrative Services
