In continuation of earlier post on CGHSscheme, mobile units with round the clock doctors on board can be kept on standby for emergency situations. This approach will truly benefit aged pensioners when they are too sick to travel to CGHS clinics. Now employing staff for every centre & overheads are a big monetary drain on the scheme & also cumbersome for poor pensioners to use. Therefore 2 kinds of mobile units operating for chronic/emergency situations will provide a win-win solution for all.

1.We should rather lay stress on implementing existing plans effectively.
2.Government outreach in rural and tribal areas should be increased so as to increase institutional delivery rate.
3.Provide better and elaborate manpower and infrastructure in all hospitals, assure 100% power supply to all tertiary and secondary hospitals atleast.
4.Promote family planning by incentivising people and involve the whole organised sector into it.
5.Maintain vital medicine stockpile in all govt hospitals.

digitizing the health centers, medicine distribution through biometric capture shall ensure transparency in distribution and allocation. delegation of authority in the case of absence of the medical officer shall ensure smooth functioning of services. we need to implement Lean six sigma in health care and promote frugal innovations through research and development. all allopath medicines have some side effects and it is also unable to reverse the disease like diabetes, heart ailment,etc.

B) Commission distribution to Dr's by Pharma and Implant making Co's - forcing Dr's to suggest High Cost Treatment directly even though NOT required.
C) Bogus Claims/Inflated Bills/Excess Stay

sir first of all government must know our government hospitals staff and doctors irresponsibly,they don't respect common peoples, treat like beggars when we go treatment with out money,in some of our hospital buildings build in irregular manner.we must require public and private collaborated international level medical university s with small parks,library for public in that. sir if we observe at present some privatemedical colleges get permission with out qualified staff or fake staf

Health Insurance coverage up to Rs 2 lakhs shall be covered on par with other citizens for senior citizens/retired employees from private companies and Govt undertakingswho do not have pensions and income less than Rs2 lakhs per annum and all diseases including mental treatment shall be covered
