Everytime the road is build the height of the road rises and the level of houses gets relatively lower. This makes roads rising and houses lowering relatively. In the rainy seasons the rain water flows into the houses. Can this be looked after.
Our constitution defines food, clothing and shelter as necessities. We have laws to prevent hoarding and overcharging of food but unfortunately housing is left as the mercy of unscrupulous builders. Due to this most of the youth entering the job market aren't in a position to buy any and many people are seeking overseas opportunities and finally settling there. I suggest Govt to enforce to laws to prevent people from buying multiple flats in the same city.Only 1 flat per city(60 kmradius)
Respected Sir,
Kindly find attached a PDF file pertaining to National Urban Housing and Habitat Policy 2015.
Hope the same is found to be purposeful and relevant for the desired objective.
Best regards,

The basic facilities should ensured by State and central govt in urban houses.Basically its better if it starts from quickest survey of available government lands and creating a database,in that separating the lands which out of dispute, forest area, mining, polluted areas, with the help of GSI,ISRO etc organizations involving selected engineering colleges and its students to identify suitable land and build world class houses with collaboration of foreign universities.
all buildings should be in multi airy atleast 40% open area for park and other purpuse solar energy system to be included therein
National Urban Housing should be done with a view of greenery , i.e. greenery on road , parks etc. along with a proper drainage system . The roads should be broad and i would also like to suggest that
1. there should be no hoarding system . This step was taken in one city to make it more beautiful where the companies advertised on the walls and it achieved success too.
2.provision for footpaths
3.making the main market of the city/town a vehicle free area as in Darjeeling .
Greenery MUST be there and a limit must be fixed for the extent upto which they can use water.Otherwise as seen in most of the metro cities that as the high rising buildings are coming up every day water level is going down proportionately. So to conserve water its high time to take strict steps.this is also true for saving the precious trees of our country.
it should be made compulsory for builders to publish their common area loading calculation out of the Super built up area they claim and charge the customers for. The projects which cut more than 25% of the superbuilt up area in to loading must create a minimum standard of amenities for the people living in.
The builders should provide the apartments with the playing fields and parks. They should not exists only in building plans.
Those people who get lower income group house by lottery system from public sector firm, should not be allowed to sale it for the purpose of profit since this make loss of opportunity for the needy person/family on lower prices offered by public firm.
