To cut expenditure the government may consider an incentive system whereby 50% of expenditure saved on electricity, water, stationery and other such recurring expenditure in the office, may be paid in cash to the staff who have saved the money.For instance, if the average annual bill on electricity in a particular office is Rs. 10 lakh in the last three years, and the staff manage to bring it down to Rs. 8 lakh in a particular year, 50% of the saving i.e. Rs. 1 lakh is distributed to the staff.

Also at any given time, at least 10 to 15% travellers are without ticket, as there is easy entry on platforms & there is hardly any ticket checking.This should be stopped at any cost.Also reservation should be allowed only 30 days in advance as against current 60 days.

like the national defence academy examination after class 12, let there be public service recruitment examination for all central, state and local services and posts, immediately after class 12 and the entry age may be kept as 17 to 22 with normal relaxations for weaker sections. if this system is introduced, it will reduce rush to universities by those persons, who want to join public services. this will save education subsidies for productive use of industry related research and education.

Basically In our country we are suffering from a very poor Public Transport facility specially in Maharashtra, UP, Bihar. Why can't the State Govt. Public Transport & Private Public Transport being Audited by Central Govt, Transport Panel or 3rd Party Agency and then suspend such buses or other means of transport for the public transport. In last few years we have lost so many of our citizens because of such poorly maintained public transports. Maharashtra Buses are Pathetic for that matter.

But such transactions for an average family size of 5 people does not exceed Rs. 5000/- per month. So monthly ATM withdrawal limited to Rs. 5000/-
