For treating airborne disease, to maintain a differential air pressure between rooms to help prevent the virus from spreading. A higher pressure is maintained in areas reserved for medical staff and those awaiting diagnosis. The air in each room should be purified with filters that trap almost all particles which is smaller than the virus. Air should also zapped with germ-killing ultraviolet light & to vaporise disinfectants with hand-pumped sprayers typically used for garden pesticides.

The Minister is totally inefficient and not using his brain to implement this by removing all the members with suitable Committee members by Research Institutes such as ICMR/IICT/IARI/NMDC etc. The present Committee members Prof. C.S. Dubey and Mr. Amar Deep Raju is visiting the Sites/ analytical labs to grab corruption from the Entrepreneurs and monitoring Labs.

The Industry Committee for Environmental Clearance of Industrial projects in MOEF appointed by the Congress regime are highly corrupt and inefficient. The Chairman is not attending the Committee after the Congress regime washout. The Industry-II Committee should have Chairman from Pharmacology background since it deals with Bulk Drugs projects. Right now Steel Sector Committee is doing both roles in Committee I & II.

1. Vector borne research be accelerated with immediate effect. Specialised courses need to be recognised. Fresh recruitments - bright young science minds be planned
2. 'Neem' trees be planted across India, research indicates -'Neem' controls vector borne diseases.
3. Quarterly, specialised campaigns (including awareness) from Health Departments
4. 'Swachh Bharat' campaign- momentum be maintained
5. Best maintained Mohalla' Awards be introduced
