please create an appreciating system in every city for highest income tax payers. Start recognizing them as a great part of the society, as this would create a positive attitude towards income tax payment. As income tax plays a heavy role in the country's economy, it should also be given the similar recognition in the society

Since online booking and payment of subsidies are linked to Aadhaar, make arrangements to control prices also. First 9 cylinders may be billed at Rs. 450 and further each may be billed at 200 more in progressive rates. Example, 10th at 650, 11th at 850, 12th at 1050, 13th at 1250 so on.This will help common and conservative users. Others those who can afford and lavish will pay higher price. Slowly government can get away from subsidy burden and finally get rid of it.
