Now it is time to reveal our social justice. It is not fair to allot category wise reservation to creamy layer to all communities. It is un justice to others one who got the degree of MBBS and higher and in the higher position of job and security. It sucks the opportunity of others in the same community. It is very big humour to allot reservation against category one who travelled through flight more than twice in a year.

Swatch Bharat Abhiyan launched by Shri Narender Modi Ji is a nice initiative. Every citizen is interested to involve with the Abhiyan for a neat & clean Bharat. In our Sector 56 of Gurgaon few Societies have taken an initiative & in association of "Gurgaon Go Green" - NGO, a cleanliness drive for service lanes cleaning was performed on 12.10.2014. There was so enthu in not onle men & women but children have also participated in big way. The lanes which were having piles of garbage were cleaned.

Earlier it was difficult since all the data was available with a significant time lag. however, now the same data should be made available in real time through digital platform. the allocation can have two components one is fixed based on earlier data nad one variable component based on estimation. There should be provision for re allocation among various heads based on running experience of past six months. Over a period of time this shoudl improve allocative efficiency.

Sir I am from a small town jahangirabad of uttar pradesh from district bulandshahr . sir i want to take your notice in the lowest level of corruption in government body i.e. nagar palika parishads , garm panchyats etc . the biggest problem is in the commision that has taken by every member of the nagar nigams . The tenders are only given to the people of their favour those gave them more commission . Sir please make hard laws.such that they think two time after doing something worng.

Expense management is to setup policy so that projects are completed on time and setting accountability to end users of the project. To fund projects just bring desi Swiss bank account to India and ask them to invest in project- option to convert black to white only if 100% of there money goes towards project. Once they declare -- they cannot bring any more money - phase 1 is complete - phase 2 take over left Swiss account by Gov of India. We will have country prosper like there is no tomorrow.

Unclaimed money of banks may be put to use.10% of total money on 31st March can be taken for planned expenditure every year.It can be reviewed after 5 years.The trend will show that how much money is unclaimed every year.It will show reducing trend to upgrade in technology and approach to the last man.

Public undertakings making loss for more than 4 years in a row should be closed.Employees may be transferred to other undertaking or given VRS. Sell it on as-is basis.No more drain of public money.Will bring efficiency in all the public undertakings.

i wish to share some of my views which i discovered while interacting with our friends ravi ,ankit,shakir, shashank about bringing transparency. Media can play an important role in making people aware of their rights. Laws and regulations should be advertised through hoardings,print and electronic media .Inspite of showing TV serials media should pay more importance to provide people to make aware about Govt rules ,regulations ,policy. It should be put in public domain& project in high manner.
