Apprenticeship is a great way to connect students with industry and skill them as per the industries requirement. It would also help the student acclimatize with the working environment and know about what would be expected of him. They will also form a bond with the company, increasing their chances of getting jobs. These two videos will also help:

P.S: We do have an apprenticeship act but it doesn't seem to be working

For this proper planning and collaboration of industries with universities and colleges should be done . Also industrial visits in colleges should be arranged monthly so that whatever theory is taught can be seen practically which is very important for the overall development of the future of india. Students will be able to appear in any competitive exams and will not feel burden of studies instead they will enjoy it and whatever they do will be of their interest and not of others' wish loaded..

This would be the best way to learn the real education. If the engineers who are studying B.E. get the technical knowledge practically from industries .. it would be great. For eg. If one is studying B.E. in civil field,he/she who learns the technical concepts of how to manufacture the cement, how a building would look like, how to construct a structure , how to carry out foundation details, etc.such many things could be learnt practically which is a way benefical to the future engineers..

Collaboration with Industries is absolutely essential not just to get financial contribution but to give student experience of practical work. There are some successful experiments done by ITIs industries.

The collaboration between the medical colleges and hospitals is well known. Similarly in Arts and commerce colleges experiments should be conducted to develop linkages with relevant industries/ organizations. For this the curricula shall have to be modified on the basis of the discussi

Sir, women should be encouraged to start schools and colleges run by all women for women and children. This start ups can actually help women to protect other women and children. This will give them a level playing field. Once women are successful, they can generate employment for other women and also hire them. Women know the problems of other women and they are best ones to solve them. Banks for women and public transportation only for women. This will also provide a healthy competetion.

Sir, A lot of youngsters are into Hospitality industry including women. Is it possible to generate hospitality industry only for taking care of women and children? Women start lodges/hotels only for women travellers and children. Pubs, social clubs and discos only for women and run by women. Cabs driven by women for women. This gives equality to women and enhances the safety and security to women and children. Women guards and bouncers to protect them will help them to enjoy safe life.

In foreign countries schools are used to build character atleast for initial years, why can't we include compulsory modules like etiquettes of travelling in bus and trains or for that matter behaviour with elders in parks. Students should be taken to these places once in a quarter year to every places mentioned above and teach them how to behave courteously. How good our country would be with such well behaved and concerned kids!

Also schools should have frequent breaks from theoretical studies, let's say 2 weeks after every 2 months. During these days students should be made to implement in practicality what they have learned. In Japan, tech students complete studies in 6 years (degree). Because after every one year of study, they have to go for one year of industry experience. Why can't we start same with our schools?

The schooling system in our country is as diverse as country itself, which is not good thing. Knowledge should be diverse, system should be uniformed.

I believe 1st step would be to take the system under one head, after which initiatives like skill development and sports development could be imbibed into our children.
