Each and Every Home in our Country should be visited by Assigned Government Officials Monthly, To be asked about any Problems they Face in and Around their Society & Neighborhood Such as, Lack Of Water,Lack of hygiene,Regular Power Outages etc...
This Process Enables The Citizens Of India To Interact more with the Government,And It also Helps in Increasing Job Opportunities in the government sector Since more number of people should be appointed to cover all the homes in our Country.

Force all students to obtain work experience as a requirement for graduating (whether at a University or a technical school). Have industry partnerships with schools taking students on an intensive 12 week program where students get real world employment skills.

Ask industry bodies to conduct surveys about what skills the need over the next 5 years from new graduates. The industry is happy to talk, it's only that someone needs to listen. Universities that take the results into account when they design curriculum will prosper in the long run. To demonstrate this through a KPI, you could use salary surveys among state/public universities (eg. this is what every public Singapore college does http://www.moe.gov.sg/education/post-secondary/files/ges-nus.pdf)

It's critical to create forums where the industry and academia come together to understand each other.I seldom see academia at industry discussions.
Encourage professors to work with companies on consulting projects. A great example of this are MBA student consulting projects (used widely in Singapore now) Its a win:win situation for everyone because the MBA student learns through project based learning, the academic is exposed to the industry and the industry gains from low cost consulting.

Upliftment of BPL families by educating their children:
Education is a must for growth. Every established school in the country should have a mandated social obligation to enrol and educate (including all educational expenses) at least 5 children of BPL families in EACH class. Let the nodal registration centres be in each taluka, where the registration process can complete. This will create new government jobs, as well as help in betterment of the society on a whole.

Beyond Primary education, school education and curriculum can be developed on two key dimensions - domain specific curriculum and common curriculum. The former includes subjects and training that are specific to a certain group of industries, while the latter includes cross-functional skills such as analysis skills, communication skills, research skills, and logic skills. Industrial consortium must be invited to develop such industry-specific curricula and schools that offer them.

In most of the schools education is for examinations not for life. Every child is unique having different interests, abilities, way and pace of learning but the same curriculum and method of teaching is being used. Different package/courses may be developed for different groups of students by experts. With the help of the best teachers recording of these courses may be provided to school with infrastructure. This can solve the problem of shortage of qualified teachers.
